Ⅰ.Structure:

DHD11-2 Dead electromagnet brake: When discharged, armature and friction film are pressed together by the spring force to produce friction moment. The friction film will be linked with the rotation axis to stop it from revolving with the purpose of braking. When it is recharged, the electromagnet will overcome the spring force to draw the armature and thus separate it and the friction film, whose friction will disappear and the rotation axis will be free. DHD11-2 Dead electromagnet brake has the reliable brake torque and saves energy, deriving power by spring force. And it is fit when the braking time is longer than the joint time, which plays an important role in the stop, maintenance and security of the transmission system and transportation system.

Ⅳ.Attentions:

1) Voltage fluctuations can not go beyond ±5% of the rated voltage.
2) There should not be operating danger or rotting gas or conducting dust in the surroundings, with the temperature between -5℃ and +40℃.
3) When fixed, the interval should be adjusted to the specified.
4) Axial movement is not permitted after the connection set is completed.
5) Keep clean between the armature and friction film and the friction surface. The brake should work in dry surroundings.
